Jenex Corp. has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the corporation to purchase a total of 325,000 common shares of the corporation pursuant to its stock option plan for directors, officers, employees and consultants. The options are for a five-year term, expire on Jan. 24, 2010, and are exercisable at a price of 25 cents per share. The transaction is subject to customary TSX Venture Exchange approval and all options shall be subject to a four-month hold period.
