Jenex Corp. will issue 250,000 common shares at a deemed price of 20 cents per common share as consideration for the settlement of $50,000 in trade payables owed to consultant of the corporation. The proposed transaction is arm's length. The transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and the shares will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue.
