THE JENEX CORPORATION ("Jenex" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture

The Corporation reports it has received correspondence from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with its submission of a Form 20-F Registration Statement to become fully reporting in the United States. Michael Jenkins, President and CEO of Jenex states, ”Our pursuit of a listing in the US is an important step towards advancing investor visibility as we prepare to launch our Intercept CS product, for the PREVENTION of cold sores. A US listing will provide increased awareness and accessibility for US and International investors. Concurrently, we continue to implement our worldwide licensing strategy for Therapik and expand our licensed markets. We are currently pursuing opportunities in Europe, South America and the USA.”
