The Jenex Corporation Submits Response to SEC Filing
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 14, 2005 Burlington, Ontario
THE JENEX CORPORATION ("Jenex" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture Exchange - JEN), The Corporation reports it has received correspondence from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with its submission of a Form 20-F Registration Statement to become fully reporting in the United States. In preparing its response to the SEC review, the Corporation has amended some disclosures and provided further disclosures where appropriate to their previously filed July 31, 2004 audited fiscal year end statements and first quarter financial statements ending October 31,2004.
Donald Felice, V.P. and CFO of Jenex states, “The figures in the balance sheets and income statements of the amended financial statements remain consistent with our previously filed financial statements. The amended financial statements enhance the Corporation’s disclosures and improve compliance with the rules and regulations of the SEC and with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP).
