Burlington, Ontario - THE JENEX CORPORATION ("Jenex" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture Exchange – “JEN”), is pleased to announce that is has successfully completed a $158,000 non-brokered financing. The financing consisted of 790,000 Units at 20 cent per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Corporation at a purchase price of 45 cents per common share within 12 months. The common shares and warrants are subject to a hold period expiring on April 6, 2005.

Headquartered in Burlington, Ontario, the Corporation owns a patented Thermal Therapy technology. Patents in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe protect the technology. The first device developed from this technology is the Therapik® product, for insect stings and bites. The second device, interceptCS is the first product proven and approved to prevent cold sores. The Corporation is preparing for the launch of interceptCS in the Canadian market in the first half of 2005. Regulatory approvals will be pursued for USA, Europe and Australia.
