Burlington, Ontario - The JENEX Corporation ("JENEX" or the "Corporation") TSX Venture Exchange: JEN, Frankfurt: JNX: The Jenex Corporation is issuing this press release at the request of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is in default of Exchange Policy 3.2 for failing to hold its AGM within the required time frames. Trading in the Company's shares will remain halted until such time as the Company
brings itself into compliance with Exchange Policy 3.2. It is the intention of the Company to announce an AGM date no later than September 25, 2009.
The Jenex Corporation issued a press release dated May 12, 2009 announcing a proposed licensing agreement with Imagin Corporation. The Company wishes to announce that all discussions concerning further business relationships, financing and licensing have been terminated.
The Jenex Corporation is currently in discussions with an interested investor group to further the business of the Corporation. The parties intend to complete their discussions
within the next three weeks. Details will be announced at that time.
