THE JENEX CORPORATION ISSUES STATUS REPORT OF ITS PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED NON – BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Burlington, Ontario – The Jenex Corporation (“Jenex” or the “Corporation”) TSX Venture Exchange: JEN, Frankfurt: JNX) is pleased to report the private placement announced in a press release dated June 6, 2008 is now closed. The non-brokered private placement was completed in two separate tranches and consisted of 3,720,000 units (“Units”) for total gross proceeds of $186,000. Each Unit consisted of common share and one-half common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitled the holder thereof to acquire an additional common share for a period of twelve months from closing at a price of $0.12 per share. The proceeds from the sale of Units will be used for general administration and operating purposes.
