JENEX CLOSES 2,300,000 UNITS IN 2^nd TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Burlington, Ontario – The Jenex Corporation (“Jenex” or the “Corporation”) TSX Venture Exchange: JEN, Frankfurt: JNX) announces it has closed a 2nd tranche of 2,300,000 units of their previously announced non-brokered Private Placement.

Each Unit will consist of one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant to purchase one whole share for $0.12 for a period of 12 months.

Proceeds will be used for general operating purposes.

The Private Placement will be subject to the customary four month hold period from date of issue and TSX-V approval.

Jenex has requested price protection for an additional 30 days to complete the private placement announced in the press release on June 6, 2008. This is subject to TSX-V approval.
