The information includes all pertinent financial information.  It will also be available via S&P's Stock Guide database, distributed to virtually all major quote vendors. A full description will be published in the Daily News section of Standard Corporation Records, a securities manual for secondary trading in approximately 38 states under Blue Sky Laws.
