Michael A. Jenkins - President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director - Age 50

Michael A. Jenkins is President, CEO & director. He has over 30 years of market experience in the field of medical supplies & over-the-counter consumer health care products. He was President & CEO of TTC, Inc and was responsible for the early stage financing and development of the Thermal Therapy project. He was also President & CEO of Jencor International Inc, a diversified consumer and hospital products company that specialized in back care products, disposable hospital products, private label programs with major retailers in Canada and was licensed to market several products under the Spalding name in North America. He was the Canadian business manager of Tecnol International Inc., a hospital products manufacturer based in Dallas, TX. He launched the company’s expansion into the Canadian market, & was part of a team that made Tecnol an international market leader in surgical face masks & cold therapy products. Prior to Tecnol, he was a sales representative with Johnson & Johnson with territory responsibility in Ontario, Alberta, & British Columbia.

Donald F. Felice - Vice President, C.F.O. Secretary and Director - Age 59

Mr. Felice has over thirty five years of executive leadership and business development experience with significant expertise in the medical products industry. As Vice President for TTC, Mr. Felice was the Company’s designated agent for regulatory affairs in the United States. From 1991 to the present, Mr. Felice has served as a business and financial consultant and has been elected to the Board of Directors of various privately held companies. From 1971 through 1990, Mr. Felice worked in the medical products and pharmaceutical industries in sales and marketing capacities. From 1981 through 1990, Mr. Felice was employed by Tecnol Medical Products, Inc., a small privately held company that grew substantially over the nine year period and became a publicly traded company in 1991. Mr. Felice’s contributions were instrumental to the growth of Tecnol as recognized by the numerous sales and performance awards earned during his employment. Mr. Felice began his career as an auditor with Arthur Anderson & Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

Mike Mayo Director of Sales and Marketing

Mike Mayo has over 25 years business experience, mainly in the field of consumer OTC and prescription health care products. Until recently Mr. Mayo served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Jencor International Inc. Prior to this he has held a variety of key management positions for a number of companies, including S.C. Johnson, Block Drug, F.B.I. Foods, and Robinson Forgione Group. His diverse experience will be instrumental in developing appropriate marketing and launch strategies.
