Anthony (TJ) Felice

Mr. Felice has over 12 years of leadership, management consulting, and business development experience spanning high-growth, publicly held professional services organizations to "Big Five" consulting partnerships to entrepreneurial start-ups. During these years, Mr. Felice has established a consistent track record of exceptional performance, rising from staff positions to executive management to President and CEO. Mr. Felice began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he participated on a variety of technology and business consulting projects, primarily focused in the Financial Services Industry. Mr. Felice chose to leave Andersen Consulting for an opportunity to open the Charlotte, NC office for a small, privately-held consulting firm, POV Partners. Mr. Felice was responsible for all aspects of creating and operating the Charlotte office, from marketing to business development to recruiting. Mr. Felice brought the Charlotte office to profitability in less than five months, the most successful office launch in the history of the firm. POV Partners was soon acquired by Whittman-Hart, which ultimately merged with USWeb/CKS to create marchFIRST; a global consulting firm spanning 40 countries with more than 10,000 employees. Mr. Felice maintained ultimate accountability for the Charlotte operation throughout all of these changes. During the challenging market conditions of 2000, Charlotte was one of four of the seventy-two global marchFIRST offices that operated profitably. In early 2001 Mr. Felice took the opportunity to create a privately-held firm based in Charlotte, NC, Exervio Consulting, Inc. Serving the technology and business consulting needs of Fortune 500 and middle market clients throughout the Carolinas, Exervio has survived the challenging economic times without the benefit of debt or equity financing. Mr. Felice holds a B.S. degree from Miami University and is a member of the International Who's Who of Professionals in Information Technology.
